Our producer Suza treated us to Duran Duran last night. Great concert at the Rodgers Arena in Vancouver. Opening act was Nile Rodger's Chic.  He also played a few songs with the boys. Hard to believe that they've been doing it for 30 years.

Death Amongst the Figs

It seems like the fig tree in the back is feeding the whole neighborhood. Squirrels, Birds, Wasps, Ants and Fig Beetles all enjoying the over ripe fruit. And now the predators are after the munchers...... recently an adolescent mantis was spied eating the head of an unfortunate fly.
We can still occasionally elbow our way in and get a few unmolested pieces.
