Roots!

A routine sewer inspection by the city discovered that our waste line going into the city's system is clogged with roots. We had a guy out today to video the line and see what's up.  It hasn't caused any problems yet but now we are getting estimates to tear up the street and dealing with the offending pipe.

We celebrated the New Year's at Steve and Debbie's last night. Banco found her pride of place next to their Christmas tree.
 

Two Day Birthday

 Last night was dinner at a local steakhouse while today was a champagne brunch featuring the huge Serrano ham we got as a Christmas present. Serrano selfies all around.

The Jville dogs are very friendly in sharing their beds and bones.  Banco tried to stuff the largest into her mouth. She lasted 10 minutes before her jaw gave out.

Parade Season

Last weekend was the JVille Christmas parade. A very cold morning but a good showing. Charlie likes to howl along with sirens so when the fire trucks rolled past, he did a full throated accompaniment.
