Hummingbird Cake

Last weekend I went to the Ts kitchen and Lindsey and I made a Hummingbird cake. She has 4 antique heart shaped tins. We were going to make a three tier cake.  Originally it was to be for her brother’s wedding celebration. But with the consistency of a carrot cake, we thought it wasn’t appropriate. The cake itself was delicious and was shared around GP and JVille.
