Flipping Faux Pas

They've started to work on the house next door.  Supposedly sprucing it up in anticipation of a quick sell.  There must have been an issue with part of the front roof..... The workers hacked away at it and then added a most unattractive, strange gutter.  Can't say it's added to the curb appeal.
