Sand Fire

We finished working in Pacoima yesterday and a brush fire over the mountain and along the 14 Fwy was just getting started.  Called the Sand Fire, I grabbed a pic as I drove home along the 210 Fwy. The moon last night was a vivid orange.  This morning, the sun was blotted out by the smoke.  It's leaving soot and grime on the cars.  The mountains are not visible.  The bottom map shows the areas affected by this smoke.  The only good thing is that this cover should throttle back a scorching heat that was to plague us today.
